Inspection & Return Upon Delivery

When your order is delivered, you are strongly encouraged to inspect the product carefully while the delivery driver is still present.

You may:

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery, while the delivery driver is still present.

If you decide that you do not want the product after inspecting or trying it, you may return it immediately to the delivery driver, and the order will be considered refused.

Once the product has been accepted and the delivery has been completed, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

By accepting the order from the delivery driver, you confirm that you have inspected and accepted the product in its delivered condition.
